I’ve been training clients for years on how to improve their functional movement. I noticed how sloppy my posture got – and how uncomfortable it made me – when tending to my young kids – especially after a nursing session or during bath time. So, I took what I knew from my experience in the fitness world and applied it to everyday physical tasks and parenting-related postures!

  • How does this work?
    • First, we go through a brief education of what might be causing your rounded posture and what you can do to correct it. Then, we dive deeper and talk about how your myofascia and muscle imbalances might be impacting your posture.
    • Then, together we take action and go through a series of fascia stretches and corrective exercises to begin rebalancing your potural alignment. And finally, to sweeten things up, we then build up your postural strength and endurance.
    • You’ll receive over 18 videos that take you through this process step-by-step. The videos are designed to be quick, bite-sized lessons so that you can squeeze them into your day. A workout calendar will guide you on a recommended lesson track.
  • How can this help me?
    • Fascia Flossing Exercises quickly reduce/eliminate aches and pains to give you quick relief from an aching neck and back – feel FAST relief after just one flossing session!
    • Corrective Exercises retrain your postural muscles so that your brain can start talking to these muscles again, leaving you sitting a bit taller after a session!
    • Postural Strength Exercises help build your strength and endurance so you can keep doing your thing with more energy and less discomfort!
  • How long are the workouts?
    • The instructional videos range from 1-10 minutes and workouts range from 5-15 minutes.

  • How long does it take to get through the program?
    • The program is self-paced, however, it is recommended that you space the lessons out over 4-6 weeks. More details about pacing are explained in the PEP Talks Workout Calendar.
  • Is there any one-on-one time?
    • No. However, upon purchase, you will receive a discount towards personal training sessions through Mom Belly Fitness.
  • What if I don’t have time to workout?
    • Many of these exercises can be done while watching TV, hanging with your kids, or during a lunch break!
  • Do I need equipment for this?
    • Yes and No! It is handy to have yoga blocks and a yoga mat for the fascia workouts, resistance bands for the corrective exercises, and light-medium dumbbells for the strength workouts – however, most of the workouts can be done with items you find around your home – step-stools, towels, water bottles, books, benches, pillows, etc…
  • Are any other programs included with this?
    • Not currently – however, there are more PEP Talks coming soon and their will be upgrades and bundle offers available!
  • When can I expect to see results?
    • Posture may begin to improve after your first week in the program, however, as with any program, results will vary.
    • You can, however, expect to feel near-immediate relief from aches and pains after performing some of the fascia flossing exercises.
  • Is this just for moms?
    • No! This series is beneficial for anyone who experiences aches and pains from a rounded posture – especially parents and caregivers!
